style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONTRE LE #LINKY D\u2019ENEDIS :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Contrairement aux TGI de Toulouse, Bordeaux, Foix et Tours, le TGI de NANTERRE rejette en r\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 les demandes contre Linky et renvoie ainsi aux juges du fond<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>LINKY : Le TGI de Nanterre ne rejoint pas la jurisprudence des TGI de Toulouse, Foix, Bordeaux et Tours.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Par une d\u00e9cision du 2 ao\u00fbt 2019, le tribunal de grande instance de Nanterre rejette toute demande contre Linky, quelle que soit la situation m\u00e9dicale du demandeur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le TGI de Nanterre ne rejoint donc pas, en r\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9, les d\u00e9cisions rendues par les TGI Toulouse (12 mars 2019), Bordeaux (23 avril 2019), Foix (25 juin 2019) et Tours (30 juillet 2019), lesquels ont reconnu un dommage corporel imminent (Toulouse, Foix et Tours) pour les victimes d\u2019\u00e9lectrohypersensibilit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voir la d\u00e9cision du TGI de Nanterre AINSI LES OPPOSANTS AU LINKY \u00c0 SAISIR LES JUGES DU FOND :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans sa d\u00e9cision de r\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9, le TGI de Nanterre botte en touche en disant n\u2019y avoir lieu \u00e0 r\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 et renvoie ainsi les personnes souhaitant contre ENEDIS \u00e0 saisir les juges du fond, ce qui est possible sur<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/linky.mysmartcab.fr\">https:\/\/linky.mysmartcab.fr<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>UN MORATOIRE DEMAND\u00c9 PAR LES AVOCATS DES VICTIMES :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Compte-tenu de l\u2019inconstance de la jurisprudence, des fraudes intervenus sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation \u00e9conomique et sanitaire du Linky, le
