C&rsquo;est un investissement sur soi-m\u00eame facile et pour toute la vie. En outre, des groupes de pratiques en groupe ont lieu en ligne; ce qui permet de continuer \u00e0 avoir de l&rsquo;encouragement pour pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
