xx-small;\">2<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2013 <span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">EBF : extr\u00eame basse fr\u00e9quence (autour de 50 Hz. 50 Hz est la fr\u00e9quence du courant \u00e9lectrique domestique qui donne lieu \u00e0 des CE et des CM \u00e9mis \u00e0 50 Hz et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieures.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les recommandations des experts ind\u00e9pendants sont notablement plus basses, environ 1 million de fois moins que la valeur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de l\u2019ICNIRP pour les CEM-RF \u00e0 900 MHz.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">On note que m\u00eame le Conseil de l\u2019Europe pr\u00e9conise une limite plus basse que l\u2019ICNIRP : 0,2 V\/m (106 \u03bcW\/m\u00b2) soit 40 000 fois moins que la valeur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de l\u2019ICNIRP \u00e0 900 MHz (R\u00e9solution 1815<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">de 2011).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Par exemple une limite de densit\u00e9 de puissance de 4,5 W\/m\u00b2 (watt\/m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9) pour une onde dont la fr\u00e9quence est de 900 MHz (m\u00e9gahertz), soit 41 V\/m (volt\/m\u00e8tre) pour l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de son champ \u00e9lectrique. Pour les RRF, les limites d\u2019exposition recommand\u00e9es varient de 2 \u00e0 10 W\/m\u00b2 (de 27 \u00e0 61 V\/m) selon la fr\u00e9quence.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">10 W\/m\u00b2 est le niveau de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de l\u2019ICNIRP pour toute fr\u00e9quence comprise entre 2 et 300 GHz, pour le grand public, pour le corps entier. C\u2019est une moyenne sur 30 minutes, les pics instantan\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9mission d\u00e9passant ce niveau sont donc effac\u00e9s.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Comme pour la FCC (<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Federal Communications Commission, <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">USA), le credo de l\u2019ICNIRP est que toute atteinte \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 par les CEM-RF ne peut r\u00e9sulter que d\u2019un effet thermique.
